Kai Radian does not sell AI strategy, implementation projects, or staff augmentation.
We co-build and own operating companies with the people whose human edge makes them possible. We bring AI, company-building capability, operating guidance, networks, and capital when the evidence justifies it.

Kevin Tupper is the Founder and CEO of Kai Radian and a business technologist who spent eight years at Microsoft, most recently as Chief Architect of AI Transformation. He leads Kai Radian's technology, product, and business strategy, translating new AI capability into practical operating companies.

Founding Partner & Strategic Advisor
Maurizio Cordova is a technology and mining entrepreneur from Lima, Peru and the CEO of American Sierra Gold. He created SIGAL for the mining industry, founded MASGLAS Limited and AURYN Mining Chile, and helped consolidate the Altos de Lipangue mining district after more than 40 years of fragmented ownership. He is also the majority shareholder of EGM Colombia.

Publicly traded on OTC Pink under AMNP, ASG controls active mining claims in Chile and holds a 45% interest in EGM Colombia.
