Terms of Service

Kai Radian, Inc. provides the services covered by these terms. These terms govern use of the Kai Radian website and application. By using the service you agree to them. If you use it for an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization. Questions can be sent to hello@kairadian.com.

Using Kai Radian

Kai Radian provides AI-assisted conversations and work with knowledge and connected services. Features available to you depend on your account, permissions and enabled services. You are responsible for protecting your sign-in access, providing accurate account information and telling us about suspected unauthorized use.

Use the service lawfully. Do not bypass permissions, access another person’s account without authority, disrupt the service, distribute malicious material or use it to harm others. Connect accounts and submit information only when you have the necessary rights and permissions, including for other people’s personal information.

Your content and instructions

You retain your rights in content you supply. You authorize Kai Radian and the providers needed to operate it to process, transmit and store that content to carry out your requests and provide the service described in the Privacy Policy. These terms do not transfer ownership of your content to us.

You choose which information to submit, which sources Kai can use and whether to save work to a Brain. A Person or Company owns each Brain, and its permissions determine who may access it. Review the destination and audience before saving or sharing information. Removing future access does not recall material already included in a conversation or shared with someone else.

Connected services

Connecting Google requires your own authorization through the application. Google authorization covers Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides and Tasks together. Supported actions include reading, creating and updating items, sending email, inviting calendar guests, sharing files and moving supported items to Trash, as described in the Privacy Policy and shown in Connections. Permanent deletion is unavailable.

You control Read, Create, Update, Send or share, and Trash for each account, with Blocked, Ask first or Allowed for each. Suggested defaults allow Read/Create and ask for the other three. These controls apply across services, including when Kai follows a Skill. Change them only through signed-in KR Settings. For actions that need approval, review the exact account, destination, action and content in KR and choose Allow once or Deny while Kai waits; unanswered requests expire after ten minutes. Changing controls alone does not require another Google consent when existing permissions cover the operation; adding missing Google permissions may require reconnection.

A connection alone does not enable background monitoring or save account content to a Brain. Another person’s connection is not available to you merely because you share a Company or conversation.

Third-party services control their own accounts, availability and permissions, and their terms apply to your use of them. You may disconnect a service in KR Settings. You may also need to revoke its app grant with the provider. Disconnecting does not delete content previously retained in conversations or Brains.

AI results and availability

AI can produce incomplete, outdated or incorrect results. Review important facts and outputs before relying on them, sharing them or taking consequential action. Kai’s responses do not replace appropriate professional judgment. You remain responsible for the decisions and actions you authorize.

We maintain and improve the service, but availability and results are not guaranteed. Features may change or be interrupted by maintenance, failures or provider changes. We may restrict or suspend access when needed to address abuse, unauthorized access, security problems or legal requirements. Contact us if you believe access was restricted in error.

Ending use and changes

You can stop using the service and contact us about closing access or requesting deletion. Information handling, including retained history, Company ownership and backup limitations, follows the Privacy Policy.

Any separately agreed commercial terms govern the services they cover. Nothing here removes rights or obligations that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude.

We may revise these terms as the service changes. We will identify the effective date and communicate material changes through the service or your contact information. If you do not accept revised terms, stop using the affected service.
